Breakfast Croque Monsieur Breakfast Sandwich - Grilled sandwich with Turkey Ham, Swiss Cheese and Bechamel Sauce, topped with melted Swiss Cheese and Sid Wainer's roasted tomatoes. Yogurt, Fresh Seasonal Fruit, and Assorted Breakfast Breads.

Milk, Orange Juice, Coffee

An AA business-class staple arriving into deep South America. It's pretty good providing it's not overcooked, and hence drying out the bechamel. This one wasn't. The roasted tomatoes (seem more like sun-dried) are a nice addition to this venerable classic. Surprisingly fresh fruit served along with it.
