Fish in tomato sauce with vegetables accompanied by diced fruit and salad. Snack was a substantial beef entree with potatoes and vegetables served with a couple of grapes. It was better than the sliced pizza and bag of cookies that the other passengers got.

Diet Sierra Mist, apple juice and water

Overall I was pleased with this special meal. The food was tasty and enough. I noticed that the special meal lacked an additional component of cheese and crackers like the other meals.
