Light dinner - Smoked roast and roasted turkey on a bed of boiled carrots. Smoked salmon with maionaise salad on a bed of boiled vegs with a slice of Boiled egg. White bread and fresh fruit salad.

"Incredible! Nothing in this tray can be identified as Italian food. I usually fly BA or LH and I'm very sad for the service received (compared to what I payed). I'd like to know who at Alitalia does the meal combinations. Turkey, pork and salmon ? BTW everything was served directy from the north pole: simply freezed ! The salmon wasn't that bad even too cold. No butter at all. The vegetables were hard as stones don't know if because of the temperature or because of the bad cookin'. The only decent thing was the fruit salad. Crew is everything but polite."
