Lunch - Nuts, Trofie Pasta in pachino cherry tomato and basil sauce, braised beef in a tuscan red wine sauce with yellow polenta and pore mushrooms, cheese selection with dried fruit and crudites, fruits from fruit basket.

Merlot del Piave - 2003 DOC

Perfect service on this flight. Beef looked a little strange with the topped mushrooms, but taste was good. I would prefer getting the meal not in a bowl but on a plate. Anyway - service was 10 and lunch was 8 makes a 9 for me.
