This is the vegetarian alternative to the chicken. Air Transat caters 10% of it's economy class caseroles as vegetarian . This is done only done out of the Western stations (YVR, YYC and YEG) due to the high amount of vegetarians in western Canada. If heated properly I give this meal a 7. If overcooked it's no more than a 4.
