Veg on the left and non-veg on the right of the tray, lunch. Veg = paneer makhni & non-veg = chicken makhni (Cottage Cheese or Chicken curry in a tomato/butter sauce), otherwise common to both was hot steamed ric (Menu Card)

Soft beverages, tea/coffee, water.

Air Sahara feeds their passengers as though there is no tommorow. This was for a short flight, 1 hour block time, but actual cruising was just about 40 minutes. Cabin crew has new uniforms.
