"Quite a substantial meal. White sauce with a tomato puree sounds messy, but actually tasted delicious. I love the idea of serving the meals on colonial-verranda-style trays, laid with scenic photos of Mauritius. Even the salt, pepper, sugar, & moist tissue sachets had photos of Mauritius. Nice touch!"
