Refreshment An amaretto mousse.

Orange juice and coffee out of a selection of soft cold/hot drinks/wines.

A very good level of service, being a domestic flight. AirDolomiti is the only carrier providing a two class cabin on Domestic flights within Italy. The amaretto mousse was very nice, and served chilled in a real glass with nice good quality plastic spoons. It was perfect as a mid afternoon refreshment in a hot July afternoon. The cabin layout and flight attendants were up to the (usual) high Air Dolomiti standard.
