The meal consisted of a plate with smoked salmon and a shrimp. A bread roll and crackers were served with the meal as well. And, upon leaving the aircraft, all passengers were handed a small cookie.

Overall I thought Air Dolomiti delivered a satisfactory service on this short flight. Albeit small, the meal was tasty, fresh and absolutely sufficient considering the flight length. Furthermore, they had some nice Italian wines, and the cookie served during deboarding was a nice touch!
