Chef David Hawksworth of Hawksworth Restaurant, Vancouver is currently designing dishes for Air Canada and my Hoisin Duck entree, a Hawksworth's signature dish, along with his dessert, chocolate cake, were just amazing. The mid-flight snack selection was also good, but the pre-arrival meal felt short. Therefore I can't give it a 10 points rating.
