Salad made of root vegetables cubes with a white remoulade, beef steak covered with an onion and herbs glaze, accompanied by potatoes au gratin and green beans with tomato sauce, cookie.

French Merlot, mineral water, coffee.

More a taste then a meal. In spite of the tiny quantity of food (definitely a few bites for a long-haul flight) the catering was fresh and tasty. After explicitly asking the flight attendant I was offered a small bottle of Black Label being probably the only passenger aboard indulging a scotch. Well trained flight attendants however perfunctory service. Severe cost calculation by management however state of the art and secure air transport service.
