On this Air Berlin flight to Mallorca, we received a little cracker and some drink. It was not possible to have beer or wine. It was only possible to choose between water, juice, coffee or tea. Quite boring. Air Berlin has turned into a low cost carrier.

Other: The seats are not comfortable. There is not enough space between the seats. I am 1,87 m and my knees were touching the front seat. Air Berlin offers preferred seats which are the same as all other seats on the aircraft. There is absolute no difference. It is a joke.
