"I usually avoid eating fish on planes, however,
the halibut looked appetizing. It was fantastic, fresh tasting and tender. The
sauce was delicious. The Malaysian Chicken Curry was also great. The slight
fruity taste of the wine actually went well with the fish and chicken."
"An absolutely a delicious meal. It's like eating
at a Shun Lee Palace, Chiam or Tang Pavilion, only 35,000 feet in the air. Everything
tasted fresh and well-seasoned. The tenderloin was truly tender, the vegetables
were fresh, and the steamed rice was hot. The only thing that could have been
better at this altitude was probably a meal served in CX First."
