Lunch Appetizers: Beef Wellington with lettuce, turkey, quail egg, asparagus, red bell pepper and cherry tomato Salad: Fresh Seasonal mixed greens served with balsamic vinaigrette with olive oil dressing Soup: Cream of Mushroom Main Dish: Spinach Capellete in tomato and white sauce Dessert: Cheese (Fruits and Cake also on the Menu, but...) Brazilian Coffee

Soup was not really hot, that is always on Varig Flights in C class, only one choice of Dessert, if you want fruits only fruits, if you want cake only cake or only cheese. FA was not really polite telling me that. Brazilian Coffee was cold, after all passangers complained FA change it. Chocolate Bars on the Menu, but food, meal, catering has not deliver it. Food tasted good, service need to improve. Varig should hire new FA they are not well trained or they do not like their jobs (in all flights !)
