"This menu was issued for flight UT566from CDG to NOU via SIN and JKT for economy class customers. UTA had a very high level of food an cuisine and as you can see was serving foie gras in economy class. The Menu is from April 1989. To me this Menu is evocating South of France windowns...the Blue Mediterranean sea...
