Food on TK's European flights ranges from pretty good to delicious. This one was my favourite so far. As you can see, I already started eating but later thought I have to share this experience with the world. Starter: Cacık (yogurt with cucumbers and garlic) Main course: Grilled salmon with lentins and mashed potatoes, by far the best airline meal I had in Economy. Do&Co (TK's caterer) did an outstandig job on this one. I fly TK pretty often but sadly this was the only flight they offered that dish. Dessert: Mousse au chocolat, a TK classic

Equipment: Yes, TK still offers a full meal even on short flights! On European flights, lunch and dinner presentations follow the same scheme: On the top left you find a starter, usually salad, cheese or cacık. Right next to it comes the dessert, generally mousse au chocolat or fruit pudding. For the main course you always have two choices - meat or fish, beef or chicken, meat or pasta, ... Every meal comes with a warm bread roll, a pack of salty crackers, a pack of butter and cheese spread. Complimentary alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are also included.
