Breakfast - Mushroom filled omelette with pork sausages and potatoes, a roll and Danish pastry

OJ, coffee and water

New Business class only niche player in Australia. Each plane has only 60 seats in a 2 x 2 configuration. Great Leather reclining seats, but being an older plane, there was no 'entertainment'. Great breakfast though- perfectly cooked eggs and sausages, although the potatoes were tasteless. Would have preffered the roll and Danish served warm.
