Champagne and Evian Water

Well the salad was nice, and fresh. Bread rolls are once again cold, and not warmed, but the Cheese topped foccacia rolls are quite delicious. I had the pork entrée because I have too much red meat on the outbound, and the pork was not as dry as expected. Pretty good for an airline meal ¡V the sauce was great, and the side was fine, and the asparagus remain green and crunchy and I guess MAXjet installs steamed oven on board. The mashed potato was fine, and tasted even better after some butter mixed on it. The Bread & Butter Pudding was fine, and two pieces of orange garnish the dessert. The cheese plate looked fine too. Afternoon tea is a one-tray affair and the chicken brochette is actually a satay dish with a mix of Indian and Southeast Asian Flavor. Lots of passengers rave about it.
