Tasty but unidentifiable. For sure there was some bread and butter and a small bowl of swirled vanilla and chocolate pudding. Then, there were 3 small dishes and I'm not completely sure what they were but here is my best guess: 1) Some type of creme fraiche or soft cheese on top of finely diced and very mushy sugary tomatoes; 2) A small piece of raw, slightly smoked, peppered salmon on top of pureed and sweetened avocado; 3)2 thinly sliced pieces of roasted pork loin with capers and some shaved Parmesan cheese. None of it was bad but it seemed like an odd combination. Almost like the chef was trying too hard to put together something really artsy hipster and went too far.
