Dinner service on this long-haul started with a package of smoked almonds and some red wine; both were very good and complemented each other very well. Dinner consisted of a small salad, saltine crackers; main of chicken "pibil"-style (annatto-condimented, very traditional specially in the Yucatan Peninsula; has a peppery with a hint of nutmeg flavor, slightly nutty and sweet) and a side of rice and steamed carrots. Dinner roll and butter. Cheese triangle and a square of milk cake.

The Elements red wine, Diet Coke and water
