I can't remember if the ketchup was there when I opened the package or not....but my standard go-to condiments for eggs are ketchup, salt and pepper. Omelet- your standard omelet. Potatoes- I know when cubed potatoes are served for breakfast they're called home fries, but these were really just cooked potatoes. They were tasty all the same, not dry which is a bonus.
