First Class

Lunch , Special meal: no
Well I loved it so much they gave me two 100g tins of the stuff to take with me. 100g retails at $150! I saved one can which has been in my fridge as a constant reminder of what flying used to be like (expiration date: 30 Jan 1999). Caviar served like this on airlines is sadly happening less and less. These days you're lucky to get a dozen eggs served on a canape. Sadly Delta phased out International First Class in 1999, and with it the caviar and possibly the world's largest leg room. If you got a window seat in row 1 on the MD11 you had an unbelievable 8' between you and the bulkhead. Well-healed passengers regularly slept on the floor area in front of row 1

Vodka and/or Champagne (Can't remember the label - but vintage Krug rings a bell)

Caviar Starter - Russian Caspian Malossol Sevruga Caviar & Blinis with Traditional Condiments (finely chopped boiled egg yolk, finely chopped boiled egg white, finely chopped onion and sour cream)
