Roast Jerk Chicken, Rice and Peas, fried plantain, roll. Tortuga Rum Cake for desert.

Rum Punch

Great choice of food, good service. Not expected on the short flight. Economy class had good catering as well... not a full meal though. Choice was either Roast Chicken or Ceasar Sald.
