Pretty nice Chinese Dinner created by Chef Li Shu Tim The boiled chicken soup with matsutake mushrooms are good, as well as the roast duck with jelly appetizer... Pan-roasted scallop filled with shrimp mousse in pumpkin sauce, braised jade melon, shimeji mushrooms, bamboo pith and carrot flower - very nice Chinese style main course The Chocolate pudding dessert was nice as well!
