Lunch Starter: dill mustard salmon and soy marinated Dutch herring on fennel tomato salad. Mixed salad with pine nuts and red wine balsamic dressing. Main Course:wok-fried prawns and chilli garlic sauce, steamed jasmine rice and mixed vegetables. Cheese and Dessert: Edam, Clove Cheese, Morbiere with seasonal fruit, Chocolate Saint Dominique, coffee and pralines. Snacks Pastrami and rucola wrap. Breakfast Orange juice, strawberry, kiwi and banana smoothie, fruit and natural yoghurt, muesli, han and tomato egg flan with streaky bacon, grilled tomato ragout of field mushrooms, warm bread and preserves.

Billecart-Salmon Brut Champagne, Murray Street Shiraz 2008 Red Wine, mineral water, Dow's Late Bottled Vintage Port 2008, coffee, orange juice.

One of the finest meals I have ever eaten in the sky, and served by people who genuinely care about people. Superb.
