Breakfast , Special meal: no
One years ago BA replaced breakfast with snacks on flights to and from West Coast. I don't mind this change because my flight was very short and I didn't need a second meal, as breakfast was served about 3 hours before I finished my dinner. However, BA now offers cheaper prices in World Traveller Cabin and new planes like 787 are more confortabile with USB and power ports at each seat.
