Vegetarian selection: Aloo parathas (potato pancakes), vegetable croquette, paneer bhurji (minced cottage cheese cooked in a tomato gravy with mild Indian spices), and a hot almond muffin (on the right corner)

Amazing breakfast and full marks to Air Sahara for treating J class passengers as royalty. There was also a hot beverage and cookie service after the entrees. This was served on a trolley and poured fresh.
