Never ever to be served as airline meal: Pasta that you first cook and chill and then reheat in microwave. This process WILL resultater in both dry and hard pasta AND soft and soggy pasta in the same plate. I Travel Business Class with Air Greenland several times a year. I am vegetarian and this is my only choice. They never change the menu :-(
