Caprese salad with dressing, chicken in what seems to be a bed of lettuces, peppers and olives, flan (custard) and a croissant. The packet above the chicken was a moist towelette. Sorry, picture is very old (2004) and can't remember a whole lot about it.

Real good for a flight its lenght!

Equipment: Beautiful presentation and content for a short domestic flight of 2 hours. Aeromexico currently is getting stuck with sandwiches and croissants in similar sectors nowadays. Loved the theme in their silverware, napkins and printed material.
