Comments: "This First Class menu cover is simply splendid, from the
early 70's. The meal is a breakfast service probably between Papeete and
Auckland or Pago-Pago one of the neighbouring islands. It represents what
we call in french "La rose des vents3 with the UTA logo in the middle
in gold colours.

Comments: "This menu was issued for flight UT566from CDG to NOU via
SIN and JKT for economy class customers. UTA had a very high level of
food an cuisine and as you can see was serving foie gras in economy class.
The Menu is from April 1989. To me this Menu is evocating South of France
windowns...the Blue Mediterranean sea...

Comments: I am a great lover of UTA and I got this menu from ebay. It
is from a series of plates and dishes. This one is from the 1-th century
and is from the department of Oise museum in Beauvais. The funny thing
is that the menu is round, first time I see that.
