Contents of meal: Chicken breast with stir fried vegetables and rice, fresh roll, chocolate cake, cheese and crackers, mineral water and coffee.
Comments: This was a delicious meal on board, the chicken was moist and flavourful and the rice and vegetables nice and tender, the whole meal was most enjoyable. A glass of complimentary wine was also served followed by a high quality coffee and a complimentary vodka and tonic, ( we were in economy class ). If I was to rate the service of our flight attendants a ten would be highly inadequate, they were outstanding to say the least, Zoom's competitors could certainly learn a lesson from the young people who looked after us on our flight, what a pleasure they all were.
Please note the price of the return ticket which include all taxes and a pre-assigned seat charge, the best price from Zoom's competitors for the same duration was $ 998.88. Best of all we flew non stop which the big two ( Air Canada and British Airways ) do not offer and we avoided the " Heathrow nightmare ". All in all I would not hesitate to give Zoom a straight ten rating right across the board, well done Zoom best of luck in the future.
