Comments: The fish was really fishy, while the sea food salad was tasteless. food, meal, catering standards at NRT has slided significantly since my last flight in June.

Meal: Lunch...Chinese selection in First Class - The meal is called Shi Quan Shi Mei....assorted vegetables, chicken, pork, sweet and sour shrimp, soup, abalone with mushroom and a bowl of rice. Dessert was 3 scoops of Haagen Daz ice cream.
Drink: Chinese Tea and German white wine
Comments: The Chinese selection was delicious and abundant in quantity. I couldn't finish it. it was too much actually.The Haagen Daz ice cream was very good.

Meal: Japanese Kyo Kaiseki Meal...Book The Cook - Rice, pickles, soba noodles, seafood salad, baked fish, miso soup etc
Drink: Chinese tea and riesling german white wine.
Comments: The Kyo Kaiseki Book the Cook First Class special meal looked better than it tasted...the taste may be too authentic for non-Japanese tastebuds. The soup has a very pungent wasabi taste..I will not order this meal again for my next trip on SQ first class.

Comments: I like the caramel jelly! Overall, its a nice meal. The plane was very shaky on the way back to SIN. My coffee was shaking non-stop that I forced myself to glup the coffee within mins of serving to prevent spilling.
