Aircraft type & class: B747-400, Economy
Business or leisure trip: Business
Meal type: Breakfast
Chinese Roast Pork with Fried Noodles, Strawberry yoghurt, Fruit Platter,
Muffin and Breakfast Roll.
Drink: Coffee, OJ
Comments: A very filling breakfast. Roast Pork had way
too much lard on it and this made the meal very difficult to digest. The
noodles were over-heated and had become hard and crispy... not how it
is supposed to be. But otherwise, it was a tasty meal.

Comments: The sauce of the main course was a bit salty

with a fork. The flight attendents were too busy because we were landing
soon so I ended up eating linguine with a spoon.

Flight duration: 9h
Aircraft type & class: Boeing 777-400, Economy
Business or leisure trip: Leisure
Meal type: Breakfast
Fried noodles with beancurd and mushrooms, yogurt, fresh fruit (melon,
pineapple, grapes), breadroll, jam and butter, raisin muffin.
Drink: Coffee and orange juice
Comments: After a 9h flight, this is one of best airline
breakfasts ever eaten in economy class. The noodles were just perfectly
done, the fruit still fresh, the yogurt nice and cold, so was the orange
juice. Even the coffee tasted good, and airline coffee seldom does. The
muffin was airy and spongy, but not greasy. A perfect meal. BTW, the other
option would have been omelet and sausages, but who flys SIA to eat what
you can get at your local takeaway, albeit I'm sure, being SIA, it too
would have been a perfect meal.
