Comments: Another great meal from Singapore Airlines...
enormous portions, the indonesian style fish curry had a nice spicy flavour
and went perfectly with the Tiger Beer. By the time, dessert came, I didn't
really want it but for the sake of Airlinemeals.net, I had it so that
I could take a photo. The only thing that I've noticed is that SQ have
stopped offering after dinner liqueurs and you have to request for it.
I had a drambuie and soon after that, drifted off to sleep....zzzzzzzz

Comments: As it was Good Friday, Hot Cross Buns were
a nice touch by SQ on this flight. Apart from that, there isn't much I
can comment about. A good light breakfast. (Dinner was only served about
4 hours ago so I didn't need more than this)

hot bean sauce

Comments: This breakfast was almost identical to the
meal I had about 2 months ago on the same sector... The pre-packaged cereal
would have been perfect, if only for the raisins which I had to pick out
individually. (there were about 12 in total!) As usual, the SQ coffee
was nicely brewed... A good effort.

Tuna-mayo roll
Comments: After the heavy dinner, I fell asleep for about
4 hours, when I woke up, I felt a little hungry and the cabin crew gave
me this tuna-mayo bread roll. Perfect!

Peanuts, Pasta salad with shrimp & lettuce, chicken + potato + brocolli
+ carrots, cheese & crackers, ice cream, bread and butter

Comments: SQ cabin crew on this flight wasn't what I
had expected. Usually, they're friendly and attentive but I got the impression
that they couldn't be bothered... Food, as usual, was plentiful and of
a good standard... at least SQ manage to be consistent with their food.
Bloddy Mary before the meal was a nice start... and main dish was satisfying...
Good standard, and a well deserved 8 marks out of 10.
