Class: Business
Meal type: Lunch - Shrimp and Calamari over fresh greens with a light
vinaigrette dressing with two slices of turkey. Choice of warm rolls with
butter, and chocolate to finish.

Comments: "BRU to FRA is a 45 minute flight takeoff to touchdown,
and yet they still manage a full beverage service and to serve this very
nice light lunch. American Eagle are you listening?"

Flying from: Frankfurt to Houston, 8 September 2002
Class: Economy
Meal type: Dinner (Vegetarian) - Same flavored rice as in earlier meal service on this flight with mushy carrots and zucchini in tomato sauce. Hard dinner roll. Dense dense dense german bread. "Le Parfait" spread (still not sure what it contained). Fruit salad.
Drink: Juice
Comments: "Pretty bad. I wish it hadn't been almost a repeat of the first meal on the flight. At least it's difficult to ruin fruit salad."

Comments: "The food is usually better on transatlantic flights.... This was a truly bad meal. Made even worse because the next meal service on this flight was
almost the same! Only the rice and the pudding were marginally ok."

Very nice, actually. The breakfast was with a choice; either a small

cheese and a drop of sauce. Warm bread (rolls, croissants) were
served twice during the meal. For dessert, there was a fruit salad.
Coffee, tea and drinks followed."
