Comments: The crew take your order (room service style) prior to you sleeping, and prepare it for you overnight. They have a choice of two types of breakfasts, but a you can see that there is enough to eat and each dish was simply brilliant.

Meal type: Supper - Bean sprout salad, Dahi (yoghurt) wada, khandvi. Assorted Indian barbecued meats consisting of chicken tikka, seekh kebabs, tandoori fish, and prawns in a pudina (mint) masala. Blackcurrant cheesecake, Breadroll/butter, and a sachet of aftermints.
Drink: King Estate Pinot Gris 2001
Comments: A fantastic meal, perfectly prepared. The Indian barbecue was just amazing. The bread roll was warm and soft, and the cheesecake delicious. The after mint was a nice touch, something they've picked up from their local partner Jet Airways.

Comments: The appetiser consisted of a smoked trout and sesame duck breast served with a potato and bean salad (garnished with dill). The main course consisted of a tender chicken breast in green curry sauce served with a julienne of red chilli and fried basil, kaud in oyster sauce and steamed rice. The chicken was a bit spicy - but very, very good. The presentation is an area of improvement.

Very tasty meal, mustardsauce is very nice and salad looks a bit strange but fresh and tastes savoury. Chocolatecake is outstanding great. Nice choice of two white wines. Offered a glass of water as well. Other choice of maindish was a vegetarian option, Indian meal with raita and chickpeassalad. Roti-roll. Very popular among Indianpax.
