Meal: dinner - main - Lamb byriani with cashew nuts, naan bread with hummus, vanilla flavoured mousse dessert. Salad with dressing.
Drink: Water & Tomato Juce
Comments: The byriani had an excellent taste, with a good balance of spices. The salad could have been more livened up as it was very basic in terms of contents. The dessert was a good end to this meal, in terms of being just right in the sweetness and serving.
Rating 1-10 (worst-best): 8.5

Main Course: Arabian Lamb Machbous served with rice
Desert and Chocolate: Chocolate Alcazar (Rich chocolate slice with raspberry coulis)
Bread Roll and Butter.
Drink: Mineral Water, Tomato Juce with biscuits and Cream Tea
Comments: Rich and satisfying meal for a long flight. The only problem was that there were whole cardamoms in the lamb dish. It was quite irritating having to pick them out. Found 8 in total, the chocolate desert had a good contrast between an intense chocolate and a tangy raspberry taste.
Rating 1-10 (worst-best): 7 (Would have been an 8 if it was not for the cardamoms)
