Comments: It was annouced that "this flight will feature the usual service to Kalamazoo" which turned out to be this bottle of water. I was disapointed but as it was a scant 36 minute flight, I survived.

Comments: This is an example of Delta's new and improved snack service. The F/A chose these 2 items to serve to the passengers during the beverage service. A good choice. The F/A later passed the complete snack basket later in the flight. He also served Dasani Water near the end of the flight. Excellent service from ASA and their very professional F/A. Great Job!

Comments: What do you expect in 25m? You had no drink choice. The water was nice because you could keep some for the airport. The flight attendant got everything passed out and then had to get into her jumpseat. She was very friendly. Also, the seats are very comfy! I wonder where these birds are going once Atlantic Coast sells them off.
Rating: 10 for such a short flight
