Flight Duration: 2 hours and 45 minutes
Aircraft type and Class: Boeing 737-200 - Economy

Meal Type: Dinner
Contents of Meal: Tasty beef with green beans and rice, salad and italian dressing, bread and butter, Nestlé Crunch Mini-Bar as dessert. Filling and generous for such a short flight.
Drink: Glass of red wine - Free of charge. Copas offers a free bar on all flights.
Comments: Copa Airlines´ crew members pride themselves of having one of the best airlines in Latin America and it shows in all flights. Their professionalism and high standard of service should be imitated by most US carriers. This time we flew on a very well kept 737-200, probably the last one on Copa´s fleet since they have one of the most modern fleet in the world with first hand 737-700 and 800´s. I higly recommend flying Copa Airlines.

Business or Leisure: Leisure trip
Meal Type: Snack
Contents of Meal: Roastbeef sandwich, frits and Nestlé Cholate Mini-Bar.
Drink: Panamá Beer (excellent beer) Free of charge
Comments: There is no doubt that Copa Airlines is one of the best airlines in Latin America. The service and professionalism of the crew was outstanding. The free drinks and generous snack for a 1hour flight is completely "out of this world" compare to all US carriers. Their "Hub of the Americas" at Tocumen Airport in Panamá could be a little messy at peack hours but it works pretty well and Copa´s ontime performance is one of the highest in the Americasa around the 90%.

Flying from: Santiago Chile to Panama City Panama, 24 February 2003
Flight duration: 6hrs 20min
Aircraft type & class: Boeing 737-700, Y class
Meal type: Breakfast - "Crepe" with custard and almond filling, fruit plate, bread & butter
Drink: Tea
Comments: "The flight attendant had a hard time explaining what the dish consisted off, "something traditional in chile, it's a mix between a pancake and a crepe" (she didn't seem very convinced at all). In all, tasted better than it looked - bit sweet though. Bread was cold and stale. Fruits were ok
