Comments: Not only is this a lovely (if tiny) airline, shuttling between
the capital, and a small surfing outpost on the Cornish coast, but they
also do true Cornish food, meal, catering... admittedly at prices that make your eyes
water, but I can live with that for the personal service - and the fact
that their seats are arranged (ala 1960s style) in groups of 4 (two face
backwards), so you can sit facing your travel partner while muching as
the English countryside goes past.
In my case the Ginsters Cornish Southern Style chicken wrap wasn't on
the menu, and proved to be an inspired choice, with lots of flavour, all
in a delightfully un-doughy coating. Other selections included a Jumbo
Cornish sausage roll (at £1.50) and bacon & eggs (for £3.50).
The Hardy's Red was very good too - cans of Stella (£2.50) were
also offered, and I was suprised to see they were full sized cans, not
the usual mean airline sized ones.
