Well cooked and with an excelent taste. The salmon wasn't good as the lasagne but it was normal. The bread was warm. I didn't taste the desert since I don't like "Sorbetto" but my girfriend says it was very good with small lemon pieces inside." The spinach were overcooked. The Speck was great and the cheese "rapè" was tasty. The bread was warm and this was a nice surprise. The desert wasn't so cold as I expected to be.
